Ingredients (1 serving):

  • frozen acai
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 50 ml plant based milk (I use coconut milk)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (alt. honey)

Toppings:

  • 1 banana, cut into thin slices
  • chia seeds
  • pomegranate seeds
  • granola
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add your favorite toppings and serve. I suggest toppings like fresh fruits, unsweetened granola and some seeds.
