Ingredients (1 serving):
- frozen acai
- 1 banana, frozen
- 50 ml plant based milk (I use coconut milk)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (alt. honey)
Toppings:
- 1 banana, cut into thin slices
- chia seeds
- pomegranate seeds
- granola
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add your favorite toppings and serve. I suggest toppings like fresh fruits, unsweetened granola and some seeds.
