Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 big banana
- 40 g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 4 tbsp water
- sunflower oil, for baking (alt. rapeseed oil)
- honey, to garnish as much as you want
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream , (if you want)
- Cut the banana in thick slices (4-5 slices).
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add water and stir it up into a thick dough. (The amount of water can vary by 1-2 tbsp depending on the type of flour you use.)
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Pull the banana slices through the dough and put them straight into the pan.
- Fry the banana for about 2 minutes until they are golden brown. Then drain briefly on a kitchen paper.
- Put the banana on a plate, sprinkle with coconut flakes, put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and drizzle with plenty of honey. Serve immediately.
