Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 banane, frozen
  • 50 g mango, frozen
  • 30 g pineapple, frozen
  • 40 g fresh spinach, (old. frozen spinach)
  • 20 ml plant based milk
  • 4 g maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder

Toppings:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  1. Put all the ingredients for the bowl in a high performance blender and mix until a creamy texture is obtained. If using frozen spinach, add 50 ml of milk. I used coconut milk.
  2. The matcha powder can also be left out if you want the bowl to be a little sweeter. Instead of the frozen mango and pineapple, other frozen fruits can be used, just make sure that they are frozen.
  3. Put the finished smoothie bowl in a bowl and top it with fruits, granola and chia seeds.
