Ingredients (8 servings):
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 glove of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp aceto balsamico vinegar
- 150 g ketchup
- salt
- Heat olive oil in a pot.
- Braze the onions and garlic lightly until glassy over medium heat.
- Add the chili flakes and sugar and steam briefly.
- Deglaze with soy sauce and aceto balsamico vinegar, add ketchup and cook over medium heat while stirring for 5 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and cover.
