Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 50g oats
  • 15g chia seeds
  • 5g cacao
  • 5g chocolat drops, sugarfree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 200ml plant based milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 lemon, some zest of it
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 pinch of cardamom

Toppings:

  • 10g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 10g dark chocolate, melted
  • some mango or banana

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a sealable bowl. The consistency should be rather liquid, because the mixture will set overnight.
  2. Top with hazelnuts and pour over liquid chocolate. Refrigerate over night or for at least 5h.
  3. In the morning garnish with fresh fruit, I used mango but you can of course use any fruit. Top with some chocolate sprinkles and serve. If you like, you can also add some nut puree on top of your Cookie Dough.
