Ingredients:

  • 150 g curd/yogurt
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • fruits of choice
  • 1 banana, cut into slices

Toppings:

  • sunflower seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • flax seeds
  • chia seeds
  • some nuts
  • cinnamon
  • lemon zest
  • 1 tsp honey/maple syrup

  1. Mix curd with coconut milk, cinnamon, cardamom and salt. Add a little more or less coconut milk, depending on how creamy you want your yogurt or curd to be. For example, for low-fat curd you need a little more liquid than for yogurt.
  2. Put the curd in a bowl. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and put them on top of the curd.
  3. Fry the banana with some cinnamon in a small pan over medium heat. Add 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup to the pan and fry the bananas again briefly.
  4. Add the bananas on top of the fruit and curd and garnish your breakfast bowl with of choice.
  5. Lastly, drizzle with a little honey. Enjoy!
