Ingredients:
- 150 g curd/yogurt
- 1 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- 1 pinch of salt
- fruits of choice
- 1 banana, cut into slices
Toppings:
- sunflower seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- flax seeds
- chia seeds
- some nuts
- cinnamon
- lemon zest
- 1 tsp honey/maple syrup
- Mix curd with coconut milk, cinnamon, cardamom and salt. Add a little more or less coconut milk, depending on how creamy you want your yogurt or curd to be. For example, for low-fat curd you need a little more liquid than for yogurt.
- Put the curd in a bowl. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces and put them on top of the curd.
- Fry the banana with some cinnamon in a small pan over medium heat. Add 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup to the pan and fry the bananas again briefly.
- Add the bananas on top of the fruit and curd and garnish your breakfast bowl with of choice.
- Lastly, drizzle with a little honey. Enjoy!
