Ingredients:
- 1 slice of bread (Sourdough bread, whole grain…)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 egg, hard boiled
- chream cheese
Toppings:
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
- seeds (chia seeds, pumpkin seeds)
- olive oil
- Cut the avocado lengthwise into thin strips.
- Spread the bread with a little cream cheese and put the avocado on top, pressing it a little with a fork.
- Carefully grate the hard-boiled egg over the bread.
- Finally, garnish with some fresh parsley, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, salt and pepper, and some olive oil.
