Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of bread (Sourdough bread, whole grain…)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 egg, hard boiled
  • chream cheese

Toppings:

  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • seeds (chia seeds, pumpkin seeds)
  • olive oil

  1. Cut the avocado lengthwise into thin strips.
  2. Spread the bread with a little cream cheese and put the avocado on top, pressing it a little with a fork.
  3. Carefully grate the hard-boiled egg over the bread.
  4. Finally, garnish with some fresh parsley, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, salt and pepper, and some olive oil.
