Ingredients (1 serving):
- 150 g coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey (old. maple syrup), plus a little bit more to garnish
- 2 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 Khaki, quartered and cut into pieces with 2 cm size
- 1/2 prickly pear, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 fresh fig, eighth
- 2 tbsp Granola
- pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 passion fruit
- Put the coconut yoghurt in a bowl and mix it with 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp cinnamon.
- Fry the khaki in a hot pan over medium to high temperature with a little bit of honey, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.
- Garnish the yoghurt with khaki, prickly pear, fresh figs, granola, pomegranate seed and passion fruit. Finally drizzle with a little bit of honey.
