Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 150 g coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey (old. maple syrup), plus a little bit more to garnish
  • 2 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 Khaki, quartered and cut into pieces with 2 cm size
  • 1/2 prickly pear, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 fresh fig, eighth
  • 2 tbsp Granola
  • pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 passion fruit
  1. Put the coconut yoghurt in a bowl and mix it with 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp cinnamon.
  2. Fry the khaki in a hot pan over medium to high temperature with a little bit of honey, a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.
  3. Garnish the yoghurt with khaki, prickly pear, fresh figs, granola, pomegranate seed and passion fruit. Finally drizzle with a little bit of honey.
