Ingredients (1 serving):
For the bowl:
- 1 banana, frozen
- 50g mango, frozen
- 30g pineapple, frozen
- 5g maple syrup
- 1/3 tsp turmeric, ground
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- 50ml plant based milk, (I used coconut milk)
- 50ml cold water
Toppings:
- some mango, cut into rough pieces
- 1 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
- granola
- some mint leaves, fresh
- Put all the ingredients for the bowl in a high performance blender and mix together until the bowl has a creamy consistency. In case your bowl is too thick, add some more water and mix again.
- Put the mango bowl in a bowl and top it with mango, pistachios and some granola. For sure, you can choose your choice of toppings. Banana, almonds and pomegranate are also going great with the bowl.
- Finally, garnish the bowl with some mint leaves, this rounds off the taste perfectly. Enjoy!
