Ingredients (1 serving):

For the bowl:

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 50g mango, frozen
  • 30g pineapple, frozen
  • 5g maple syrup
  • 1/3 tsp turmeric, ground
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 50ml plant based milk, (I used coconut milk)
  • 50ml cold water

Toppings:

  • some mango, cut into rough pieces
  • 1 tbsp pistachios, roughly chopped
  • granola
  • some mint leaves, fresh

  1. Put all the ingredients for the bowl in a high performance blender and mix together until the bowl has a creamy consistency. In case your bowl is too thick, add some more water and mix again.
  2. Put the mango bowl in a bowl and top it with mango, pistachios and some granola. For sure, you can choose your choice of toppings. Banana, almonds and pomegranate are also going great with the bowl.
  3. Finally, garnish the bowl with some mint leaves, this rounds off the taste perfectly. Enjoy!
