Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1,5 tbsp olive oil
- 1,5 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl with a fork or whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Add a little more water and lemon juice as needed to make the dressing more liquid. Taste and season to taste with maple syrup, salt and lemon juice.
- Serve immediately.
Tip: If you prepare the dressing in advance, the tahini will set over time. Just add some more water before serving, stir everything well and garnish your dish with the tahini lemon dressing.
